There's a salumeria (that's Italian for deli) near my home that imports beautiful orbs of burrata (pictured) from Napoli, and makes fresh mozzarella every two hours, most days of the week (often still warm when you unwrap it). When it comes to soft cheeses like these, along with feta, chevre, or ricotta, all it takes is a drizzle of really good olive oil and a sprinkle of Side Gig SuperSalt® to take it to the next level.

I season boneless beef short rib chunks (pictured) with Side Gig SuperSalt® before I brown them deeply to make a mashup of Boeuf Bourguignon with a Southern Italian accent. Whether I'm braising, broiling, roasting or grilling any meats, poultry, game or birds, I use SuperSalt to season and deepen the flavor of any dish.

I use Side Gig SuperSalt® to dress green salads, tomato salads, and mozzarella-and-tomato ‘Caprese’ salads. And if I’m making a quick stir-fry of broccoli with ginger, or sautéing shiitake mushrooms with spring onions, or roasting asparagus, cauliflower, or colorful root veggies, I season everything with SuperSalt.
